Meet Apostle Rehoboth

Apostle Rehoboth R. Smith Jr grew up in the city of Philadelphia. He was raised under a Baptist upbringing. His parents Robert G Smith Sr. and Vergie Myrna Smith served East Bethel Baptist for about 10 years. The foundation they laid for him caused him to seek God personally in 2001. Imparting the Word of God in their son did not return unto them void. Apostle Rehoboth’s spiritual journey began with his name being changed from Robert to “Rehoboth”. It was prompt by his wife, Prophetess Sovereign, in a dream to no longer call him Robert but Rehoboth. The Word of God says, “And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, For now, the LORD has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land (Gen. 26:22).” Apostle Rehoboth R Smith Jr, “The Well”, heard the voice of the Lord and submitted to the call.
Apostle Rehoboth R. Smith Jr. founded R.A.W (Righteous Against Wicked) Kingdom in 2007 and held services in his living room. He faithfully ministered to his wife and children every Wednesday and Sunday. His diligence and willingness to minister and serve to his family first proved his commitment; God eventually increased his sheepfold. Prior to answering the call from God to establish his own ministry, he faithfully serviced under another ministry for 7 years. Apostle Rehoboth served in positions such as a Deacon and Armor Bearer in the house of God under many honorable men and women of faith. As a man of great integrity and character, Apostle Rehoboth has vowed to advance the Kingdom of God with love, endurance, and patience. His vision is to see Gods’ children move in their rightful authoritative positions.
As a husband and father, Apostle Rehoboth understands the importance of equipping men. Apostle Rehoboth founded Men of Authority in 2012 where he trains, teaches, and models for men how to cultivate, protect, provide, and love themselves and their family. He also provides Marriage Counseling for both married couples and singles. Apostle Rehoboth does not look onto his congregation as members but sons and daughters. He is a loving father who preaches and teaches the Word of God in a practical manner while raising his children to be equipped for any spiritual warfare. Apostle Rehoboth encourages and promotes all those under his leadership to operate in all spiritual gifts. Apostle Rehoboth, along with his wife, Prophetess Sovereign has ordained several Evangelists, Ministers, Pastors, Seers, Prophetess’, and Teachers for the equipping of the body of Christ. He has also established Harmony Heart Worship Center, an extension of R.A.W Kingdom.
Apostle is a firm believer in raising up God’s people to be about their Father’s business, building up the Kingdom of God while tearing down the kingdom of darkness without compromise. Apostle Rehoboth believes that continuous deliverance is the key to living a holistic and liberated lifestyle. Deliverance is not a one and done event; therefore, daily cleansing is necessary and teaching others how to defeat the enemy no matter the cause is Apostle Rehoboth’s vow. Ensuring God’s people are delivered from the pain of the past, hurts, rejections, abandonment, fears, strongholds, lack, distress, uncertainties, mishaps, false identity, self, family, friends, drugs, alcohol, abuse and so much more, is what drives Apostle Rehoboth to preach, teach, war, stand, and love relentlessly.
Apostle is not only a strong believer in teaching the truth but also believes in being a student. In his search for continuous education, he received the following certificates: Understanding and Responding to Trauma in 2012; Healing and Deliverance Training in 2004; Developing Training in 2003; and Bible Studies in 2002. Apostle also has over 30 years in the culinary industry. He is known as the “a Chief Master Chef”. He has prepared several meals for the homeless and impoverished individuals in his respective community. As an appreciation and act of love, Apostle Rehoboth has also cooked and served meals for his Kingdom children and their families in his own home. Apostle Rehoboth is a rare leader and father who is loved, appreciated and honored by many both locally and nationally.

Statement of Faith
- We believe in One God who created the universe and everything in it.
(Isaiah 43: 10-13; Isaiah 44: 24; Deut. 6: 4; 1 Corinthians 8: 4-6) - We believe that God became flesh, in Jesus Christ. So He is One with God.
(John 1:1-5; John 1:14-18; Isaiah 9: 6-7; John 17:20-23; John 17:5; John 16:27-30; John 14:7-11) - We believe Jesus Christ was born of a virgin. (Luke 1: 26-38)
- We believe Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, that we may be forgiven. And that He rose to life on the third day.
(Luke 23: 33-34; Luke 24: 1-7; Isaiah 53: 3-7) - We believe we have ‘eternal life’ by accepting God’s plan of Salvation which is accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
(1 John 5: 10-12; Romans 10:9; Acts 4:11-12; Colossians 2:6; Ephesians 3:16-19; Ephesians 5:18; 1 Timothy 2:5) - We believe in being ‘baptized’ by full-immersion after receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior. We do not believe that water baptism saves a person. Salvation is a free gift by accepting Jesus.
(Romans 6: 3-4; Matthew 28: 19; Ephesians 2: 8-10) - We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit through ordinary people, and that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are relevant for today.
(1 Corinthians 12, John 1: 33; Acts 1: 5-9, 2: 1-18; 1 Cor. 14: 2-4, 14-19) - We believe that the word of God (the Bible) is the only authority, and is inspired by the Holy Spirit, and is the only truth that we must live by. We do not believe or accept any other teachings and beliefs; there is only ‘One Truth’.
(2 Timothy 3: 16-17; Hebrews 4: 12; 1 Peter 1: 25; Mark 13: 31) - We believe that Jesus Christ will come back again to gather up His Church.
(Acts 1: 11; 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18) - We believe there is a real ‘Heaven’ and a real ‘Hell’. And where we spend our eternity is determined by which one we choose while we are alive. There are no second chances after ‘Death’.
(Revelation 21: 22-27, 20: 10-15; Hebrews 9: 27-28)
